By default, Lucy projects come with a set of predefined statuses: To Do, In Progress, and Done. However, you can customize these statuses to better fit your project's workflow.
📄️ Manage Tickets
Once you have created a project and defined its statuses, you can start adding tickets to manage your tasks. Tickets represent individual work items within your project.
